The wall is in a bedroom behind the bathroom shower. The water pipe leaked and caused damp down the wall in the bedroom and there is also damp damage on the wall joining it. Both walls are very dry. We need a skim of plaster over the whole wall behind the bathroom and half the wall next to it.
Replace approx 10m2 of plasterboard ceiling and replace approx 15 lineal metres of 90mm cornice in the garage Also, there has been some previous water damage to the upstairs ceiling, which I would like looked at.
