staff are friendly and are happy to help when your in that place of too many to choose from. The savory selection is great and they taste good too, I didn't think I was coming out of there with a savory when I went in for desert, came out with both.

the staff are impatient if you don't know what you want and ask to many questions and don't let slip you don't know your cuts of meat because your a vegetarian. The wait time to be served could use some improvement.

always a bargain to be had here the quality of the goods is great the prices are what you expect from a secondhand store, you can do a bit of negotiating on prices the staff are very friendly.You always leave with a smile they are so nice.

The food is fresh and tasty with a home made quality to it, the staff are friendly and happy they look like they really love working there. The shop is clean and bright and always nice and warm in the cold weather and it was cool in the heat too.

waited for over 40 Min's for service even though we were seated they took the order then forgot we were there,not like they were busy they were not, had to ask 3 times for our food, the drinks never arrived but we got a complimentary hair with the order . This was the third time we have been there and the first that we actually got served, I tried the takeaway option and after waiting for 20 mins I left no food because I got no service they looked at me a few times but never served me

I have found this shop to be very helpful in finding a good bottle of wine at the right price for your special meal they also compare very well to the LARGER bottle shop chains, the service is on customer satisfaction and I also like that they remember my favorite drop even though I don't go in there that often.They will carry to your car even if you don't have loads and are always up for a quick chat no matter how busy.They also take note if you ask for something and its not there I bet you next time you go in it will be there.
