from the moment I walked in they treated me like an old friend, I told them my fears re: color and hair loss and the product I am using, I got exceptional service the best ever in a hair salon, I got what I wanted NOT WHAT THEY THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE. The head massage is second to none,the color perfect and no burning scalp. I am so so happy.

suzzane was fantastic but the new people are great, give you down to earth info on how to look after yourself after the session,make you feel very comfortable in their hands.The greeting you get at reception is also the friendliest makes your day.

lovely ladies, a couple of blokes too,sitting having a cuppa, left me to browse after saying hi. When I looked ready to talk offered me a fee cuppa had a good chat and a laugh. I went back and bought some product and booked into a workshop, that was fantastic.Might of been a newbe but the other participants did not make me feel that way.Staff too introduced me as each person arrived not to one big group,that could have been a bit daunting.

After making contact they did not send me my booking time,I contacted them,it took them a long time to send the next one that never actually arrived.I phoned them again to find out what I should take with me to find that my booking was the next day.They arrived late,were not organised to the point of "where are the hair straighteners " as a staff member took them home.I did not get to look at any photographs as a guide to what I might like, this was one of the services I was told I would get.They straightened my hair firstly with hot tongs and no product in my hair,the rollers got so tangled that they were forcefully pulled out, all this when I told them I wanted my hair curley as it is naturally that way.Then at the end of the rushed photo session [because they were running late] I felt bullied and harrassed as my visa or their machine was playing up I said I would go to my bank and they then held my clothes until I returned even though they were given a very large deposit in cash.I was given about 10 minuites to decide what I wanted.They rang me 4 or 5 times while I was gone, told to hurry up and to end this HORRIFIC experience, not happy with the finished product,no-one has seen them but me, they were supposed to be gifts for my sons.After contacting them on many occasions I still have no satisfaction,they say they need to look at file then NOTHING
