I recently purchased Best Buds goods and services for my wedding in January 2017 with great disappointment on the outcome of the end products and customer service provided.

All the buttonholes, bridal bouquet and corsages were already starting to wilt the day prior upon arrival and therefore we were forced to replace the all the buttonholes and corsages by midday of the wedding day, due to the fact they were severely wilted and falling apart, before the wedding had even be begun (attached photos).

In leading up to the wedding, I had provided series of photos of the floral arrangement I wished my floral will resemble on the day. With an understanding that variation may exist, the product provided on the day did not resemble in any way what was requested and in return the staff indicated ‘We did not receive instruction from you to match the photo during the final confirmation’ which is preposterous as the photos were on the invoice itself for their staff to reference and it was also verbally confirmed during the phone conversation leading up to the wedding.
Best Buds failed to resemble any of the floral arrangement e.g. the description on the invoice along with the photos requested for the bridal table to have green and white floral arrangement with “ not a lot of vine coming down” in which on the day we received a colourful arrangement with No Vines coming down. The centrepieces and the bridal table floral did not go with the colour theme as per requested on the day.

Best bud team was also late to pick up the ceremony items and when they arrived half an hour late from the bump out time they did not bother to explain or apologise for such breach of contract and taking up the time of our valuable guests.

The staffs were rude and were of an accusing demeanour, which caused me and my partner immense stress and dissatisfaction on the day.

I highly DO NOT recommend Best Bud as the choice of florist for any occasion [redacted generalisation]
