My usual Hairdresser had moved and reduced his hours to half a day. I had been going to him for about ten years in Box Hill. I'm a pensioner and all the prices are too much for me. I don't understand why the assistants would rather hang about than earn $20 for a basic male pensioners haircut! When I entered this Salon, all attendants stopped and looked at me, like frightened 'Roos'! Only one guy had the business sense to help me and offered me a discount. His skill was excellent and he was polite, however, the girl assistants kept looking at me as if I was an alien of sorts! Even in Korea I didn't command as much attention! Next time I go, I'll give them something to look at, I'll munch on a bag of garlic ,a stick of celery, a foot long Subway or a family pizza!
I think the guy who cut my hair was Chinese-Malaysian, not Korean.
