My husband and I went to have our hair done. I had my hair coloured, straightened and then organic treatment. My husband had a stylish hair cut and had his hair coloured, too. Both Jacob and his assistant are very professional and with good customer service. Happy with the results and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! Next time we book, it will be for the whole family .

My usual Hairdresser had moved and reduced his hours to half a day. I had been going to him for about ten years in Box Hill. I'm a pensioner and all the prices are too much for me. I don't understand why the assistants would rather hang about than earn $20 for a basic male pensioners haircut! When I entered this Salon, all attendants stopped and looked at me, like frightened 'Roos'! Only one guy had the business sense to help me and offered me a discount. His skill was excellent and he was polite, however, the girl assistants kept looking at me as if I was an alien of sorts! Even in Korea I didn't command as much attention! Next time I go, I'll give them something to look at, I'll munch on a bag of garlic ,a stick of celery, a foot long Subway or a family pizza!
I think the guy who cut my hair was Chinese-Malaysian, not Korean.

Recommended by my friend who is a regular (my usual hairdresser at box hill had quit at a different store), Jacob isn't afraid to tell you what hair may or may not work for your face, and by recommendation of Jacob, I got Organic Hair Straightening, goodbye fluffy bad hair days :) Thanks Jacob!

It was my first time but also the last time here. Been recommended by a friend. Made the appointment with Jacob after more than 1 week waiting for him to come back from holiday, when we got there, Jacob refused to cut for us because he was too busy and we "can not choose hairdresser using Groupon voucher". Jacob asked other staff to cut our hair, not saying the other staff is bad, but first of all, there is NO WHERE on the voucher saying you can not choose hairdresser, and secondly we specifically asked to have the appointment with Jacob, what is the point for making the booking if Jacob - the owner just refuses to cut your hair because he is too busy to serve his regular customers. Don't think that his regular guests even made the booking. So disappointed with the way Jacob treated the new customers. Don't know how good you are, but that is not really good way to serve your new customers!!!

Jacob hair salon did a fantastic job on my hair and treatment friendly helpful service I recommend the salon to everybody.

I had a permanent shiseido straightening, treatment, blow dry and cut from an online voucher. It only took 3 hours altogether and the service was great and the staff were friendly. I loved the result, my hair is silky, smooth and soft now. The manager is really welcoming

I was so disappointed with my new hair colour, it didn't even come out to what I original wanted, and the hairdresser are rude, they didn't even bother to fix it probably. I'll never come back again. If you want to change your hair colour, or even haircut, please chose other better salon around.

Never go back! I want to chop my head off after having hair cut here. It seems to me they never know the trend of hair style. The hairdresser should do hair thinnering on my back instead of layering, and she thought I could not see the difference.
