smile photography were engaged to take photos of the children at our childcare centre. The photos were taken in November 2013, monies were paid by the families and now in March 2014 they refuse to respond to enquiries and photos have not been seen. they have exploited families and their customer service is terrible. what a disappointment!

We went to get a car seat fitted in each of our cars. We booked ahead and had to wait half an hour for the fitter to return from lunch. I'd recommend fitters be familiar with their appointments too keep people from waiting.
There are not many allocated car spaces for a high turnover of customers. The belts were twisted after install and we had to redo it after all.

I regularly get my dog groomed here. They are accommodating with times although you do need to book about a week in advance. I have never been disappointed with the cut. My dog can be quite nervous but I have never found her distressed after going to petbarn groomers. The staff are polite and keep good records so I don't have to describe the desired cut lengths each time I go.

A franchised gym with management who really care about the people who come to their gym to improve health conditions. They know their clients by their names, they provide incentives year round. The concept of curves is simple - a 30 minute workout burning 400 - 500 calories a session. When you go to this gym you see real women trying to lose weight. Not people who have 0% body fat already!

I purchased a new vehicle from Slaven Mazda. During the purchase process they were patient as a formed a decision and not pushy. Their after sales service has been excellent. I continue to take my car to them for servicing. Prices are as competive as if it was a general mechanics but 1st class customer delivery. I have experienced 1 extremely minor issue and when I brought it to their attention they were exceptionally apologetic. The principal dealer rang me personally and sent a gift card to the value of $15 as well as rectifying the issue.
Based on their after sales service I would buy my next car from here again.
