Bought a secondhand Mazda 3 with extended warranty. Had a service and they did not observe or inform me that rear shock absorber was leaking badly and covered in dirt and grease. This was picked up by NRMA vehicle inspector shortly after service. Slaven Mazda made me wait over a month to get what was a five minute job to replace shock absorber under warranty. I would not trust them again.
I purchased a new vehicle from Slaven Mazda. During the purchase process they were patient as a formed a decision and not pushy. Their after sales service has been excellent. I continue to take my car to them for servicing. Prices are as competive as if it was a general mechanics but 1st class customer delivery. I have experienced 1 extremely minor issue and when I brought it to their attention they were exceptionally apologetic. The principal dealer rang me personally and sent a gift card to the value of $15 as well as rectifying the issue.
Based on their after sales service I would buy my next car from here again.

I am currently in a dispute with them also. This time it is with the service dept. I would never ever buy another car from the Mazda dealer in Phillip. Far more trouble than it's worth.
