Attended weekday before lunch for passport photos, told by service desk to wait by white back drop for 2 minutes, 15 minutes later still waiting - walked out of store.

Good tyre fit, balance and alignment but damaged the underside sills of vehicle via lifting. I suspect the tyre fitters have changed tyres whilst on wheel alignment ramps to save time by not having to put the vehicle on the standard swing arm hoist. Denied liability, litigation pending. $7000 damaged.
