5-Stars for this gentleman. No doubt about it as he made a bad situation from a previous bad tiler into a wonderful situation that actually helped sell my investment property. Also being an investment property he is very much value for money. Totally recommend this tiler.

The decision to use Modern Group was through the Home Show where they had a special so we left them their details and arranged a time and date for us to see the sales person.

On the set date and time we had the sales person came in where we were somewhat impressed at the way he conducted his business. We often look for honesty and integrity and he showed us. He inspected the roof and stated that we certainly need a full restoration and it was going to cost quite a bit however we managed to bring it down to something better despite him showing us the procedures Modern Roofing use as their justification of their price.

Finally the day came when Modern Roofing's contract tiler looked at the roof. He was amazed that the roof was in great condition and said that it only few tiles needed resealing however they are going to realign and mortar the tiles.

WE spoke at length to the tiler as we learned that this person had integrity. We said to him that the sales person almost gave us a grave condition of our roof and it desperately need restoration at an expensive figure, now he tells us that the roof was already in great condition even after the March 2010 hail storm?

We realised that the sales person was extremely slick and the telephone calls back to Modern Roofing to get something back in return before the job was done. To cut a long story short, the tiler advised the management that the job did not require as much work as the sales person stated and we settled on a very good figure.

I retrospect, I have the business card of this tiler and I will totally recommend him to anyone for value for money in roof restoration.

As that I have been a regular customer purchasing from CPL over a number of years, I find that the staff usually get to know what you want. As they know you they will help you locate a part that is not in stock and bring it in the next day if from another store. Usually you have to put a deposit (company policy) however in my case they don't and ask me to turn up the next day and they will have it for me.

Parking is such a bonus in this side of Melbourne as that with other places, I would have to pay for parking. That in itself deserves to score.

I have been using them for a number of years and will continue to do so.

They quoted for installation of five air-conditioning units for a house in Taylors Lakes over a period of a year. Installed three in 2009 and two in 2010.

In all instances the managing director quoted a great price and offered speedy service.

The installation were on time and although there were a little issue, they were cleaned up quickly.

Truly value for money.

Very much disappointed with Airconditioning Warehouse Sales. It seems that there is a lack of communication between the staff especially when you wish to make some sort of deal with them.

The have one staff member there probably a junior however when I approached him, he simply replied with a price. When I explained to him that I can get cheaper (which I could and I had evidence as proof), he wouldn't do that.

Not that he couldn't... he wouldn't. He the smugly told me that someone else came in and ordered nine air-conditioning units and asked for a discount, he left the premises with the nine units for the listed price. What he didn't know and tried to explain to him that someone there had already advised me that I could get cheaper however he smugly refused.

It seemed that this junior wasn't interested because I came in with 15-minutes of opening time and he most likely wanted to go home for Friday night.

There were other incidences that I refuse to release however I suggest that you can get cheaper air-conditioning not far away if you look hard enough.

For well and truly a very long time I have had Rob as my personal hair dresser. The first time I used Rob when he was working at a hair salon in Lennox Street Richmond. Since then he built his business from personal visitations to your home and then to Ebb & Flo.

The thing with hair stylists is that the business itself cannot be judged but the stylist. Rob here is the manager and also the stylist. All what his staff does to my hair is wash it but the sheers are choreographed by Rob himself.

Many people will have different will have different viewpoint about their personal hair stylist but in my view Rob has done well and will continually use him.

My biggest regret for choosing Dr. Len Kliman for my wife is that he wasn't our initial choice. We took him after our previous obstetrician was absolutely terrible however Dr. kliman has been an absolute delight.

From the time we entered his office his mannerism towards my wife's pregnancy has been an absolute delight. Kudos also to his staff as they ALL have been helpful through the journey of the pregnancy and after the birth.

Mind you Len is a keen Collingwood supporter. Take that whatever you like however his professionalism, his support by him and his staff, and finally most noted is that he takes a genuine care of the whole "team", the mother, the baby and the father to ensure that things has moved well.

For medical reasons my wife required a caesarean, there were some complications however Dr. Kliman worked through that with no issues what so ever.

Anyone who wants an obstetrician or a gynaecologist, look no further than Dr. Len Kliman and to his staff for your next delivery of your precious one, two or more.

Horrifying to say the most. While I appreciate very much the other comments here but my experience with him and my wife, zero out of a hundred will simply insult those whom have this score simply because I could not have a worse person to deliver my wife's baby.
The decision to take Mr. Negri (I just cannot call him a doctor) after recommendation by a leading IVF specialist. My wife became naturally pregnant after many years attempting with IVF which had failed several years and our age is has passed the forty mark.
After the first consultation, not one congratulations on the pregnancy but sort of straight to the facts and the odds. He simply rallied out several possibilities that can go wrong with the pregnancy. The ultrasonic scan operator said that the pregnancy is simply a "textbook" example as to how things should be and then he pours icy cold water over the experience with more facts and odd as to how our baby will survive.
On numerous occasions he had directly asked us if we wanted to ABORT the child. How can anyone ask this question when not all the facts are on the table especially especially when this baby is an absolute miracle.
When we decided to tell Mr Negri directly about how we felt (at this time my wife was in tears in his office) he decided to stop the appointment and cancel any future appointments with him telling us to look for another obstetrician.
We then went to another obstetrician (LK) whom was absolutely fabulous. My daughter could not be more perfect and Mr. Negri could not be more wrong.
My apologies for this review however this was our experience in all honesty. I am happy to stand in court to verify my experience.
