Awesome way to spend 10minutes or all day. The sculptures are spread out through the grounds, some interactive, some bizzare. You can take a picnic for a quick snack or a long lunch. There is a pond with ducks, plenty of Pokémon Stops and gyms if your are a player.
Also popular spot for VicRocks drops. Great for all ages, just need to make sure the kids keep off the sculptures (unless it's an interactive one). Walking paths and parking is all dirt.
There is also an indoor gallery as well where you are encouraged to make a donation to help with the running costs and to our jade new sculptures.
Limited selection, not much left at end of day, also pricey. However have been a couple of times when visiting McClelland Gallery and have enjoyed what we have ordered.
I've done Mumtography (Photography classes) with Cristina and loved them. Such value for money, flexible, make up classes available, between class assistance. Easy to understand, breaks it all down for any novice. Can help on most DSLR cameras.
Cristina is friendly, patient and an awesome teacher.
Is also a talented photographer as well.
Great food, usually quick to deliver after ordering. High chairs available, can often be quite busy, however have always managed to find a seat. Great menu options and great value for money. Haven't had a bad meal here.
Lovely little cafe, friendly staff, great menu, tasty menu, never had a bad meal. Limited seating and attracts a number of smokers to the outside tables. Pet friendly with outside tables. Reasonably priced too.
This quaint cafe was nice for somewhere to break between looking at all the antiques and wares. Unique in and old train carriage as well as additional seating outside. There is a playground just outside for the kids and a kids menu as well.
I haven't been since the new management took over recently.
Great spot, there is plenty to do before or after your meal or snack. From a walk along the foreshore, fishing, a swim at the swimming pool, playing at the park (with skate park next door.
Plenty of parking, lovely friendly staff and awesome food.
Great cafe for a snack or a meal. There is a box of kids books and toys as well as high chairs available. Staff are friendly.
Lovely quiet venue, great service, lovely food. Children welcome, however is more of an adult restaurant. There isn't anything for children to do so bring something (coupling and pencils or iPad/tablet).
Awesome job and customer service. They staff are knowledgeable and eager to help. Car was completed on time. I asked for recommendations on two local Facebook groups and these guys came highly recommended and when I checked them out they were highly reviewed. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Approximate cost: $450
