Well I have been in Sydney and generally have no funds for anything - especially not testing out salons to see who I like. I buckled down and searched Yelp for a good place to try - since I was in BAD need of a GOOD trim - and my color needed done as well. After reading the reviews here I couldn't wait to try it!

Wow. Talk about being treated right. Talk about getting GORGEOUS color. Talk about getting an AMAZING cut. THIS is what I'm talking about!

They welcomed me so warmly into this quaint salon on a steaming hot summer day - which just so happened to be my birthday. When I toldphillip of this - he continued being the sweet and charming fellow he is as he colored my hair - we opted for some highlights - and he even through a few in extra for my birthday!

he cut my hair - and I think it is perfect. A perfect cut for me is when you don't have to get tons of length taken off yet it all lays exactly as it should - which makes styling it so much easier. It has seriously been YEARS since I had that.

color and highlight turned out beautiful - and exactly the shades of red I had wanted when I walked in and showed them my pictures. I instantly felt 100% stunning and now I was ready to celebrate that night!

I went here for the price - at just $90 for the cut and color (+ inexpensive highlights I added) - I have really never heard of prices like that here in the city. Though this was a splurge for me (I'm usually doing color myself or letting beauty students practice on me!) - I am so grateful I know where I can go when I need to splurge again.
