Best decision I've made in a long time.... Joining up with Tristan and Mel has changed my life for the better!! I'm feeling better about myself, my confidence and self esteem is getting better and I'm loving the feeling of knowing I'm loosing weight, getting stronger and being a good role model for my kids!! I'm reaching my goals and without the dedication of these guys this wouldn't be happening. I needed help and support and that's exactly what they've given me . Would highly recommend them to anyone, and have done so.
