very friendly staff at the majority of the counters I deal with. excellent service when I was after a particular brand name handbag that was about to be released. I was really impressed with them as they kept in touch with me due to it being delayed in arriving when originally stated.
well my experience was not as pleasant & for me I think I'm just cursed with some things as the 1st sales consultant was a complete nudnick who then could not show the basic common courtesy & business like professionalism manner to ever apologise or return calls!!
I've been dealing more with this location as it's closer to my residence & their staff are ever so helpful to make your visit comfortable. of course being a female shoe fanatic, I rely on this chain of shoes to keep up their great quality of shoes with a decent choice to chose from. and of course, thank god for lay-by!!:)
this mechanic is one of the rare decent ones left that not only really checks a car thoroughly, even areas that most may overlook. so i appreciate it when he gets pedantic as he only has my best interests or any other customer he deals with as he values our safety & lives!!
I have always shopped with this retailer & over the last 11 years with Broad meadows. you do get great quality but I've learned to shop for my needs at sale times & of course, thank god for lay-by!! the staff are exceptional. just recently I had to deal with an insurance claim & thank goodness they have stools for one to sit as it took at least an hour to do with the fiddly part which is always being the paperwork!!
this is a small stand in this shopping centre but they have friendly staff who are swift & with a smile. and apart from a great feed, its very well priced!!
this clinic have very dedicated staff & have looked after my 2 cats for several years now with one staying in their cattery when I travel. also, being a low income earner, their pricing is manageable with payment arrangements if needed.
normally this location is busy as with long waiting times but for a nice change my enquiry waiting period was within 10 minutes & was informed of a new information with being able to do a check on a car with registration information & you can get the whole history of that car with a reasonable fee.
they have really friendly staff who do their best to meet one's needs. very reasonable prices with a great selection. this store does need to have its landline phone fixed as one can never get through.
really enjoyed the friendly service from this location of Betts. As well as great quality of products with a vast choice to choice from, pricing is very good also as they always have sales!@
