Plum Heating and Cooling are an accredited Mitsubishi air con service company. My mother needed to get 2 split systems serviced with one also needing repair. From first contact a week before Xmas 2019, end-to-end they were so friendly and professional. Taking the order, providing a quick quote, finding a slot to do the job a couple of days before Xmas, communication before arrival, all perfect. Then Shiva arrived on time and did a very clean and efficient job on the service of both units for the quoted amount. On top of this he made running repairs to eroded insulation on the pipes at no extra cost, certifying their safety and efficiency. Shiva was able to take a credit card payment and email the invoice/receipt on the spot. I felt very comfortable dealing with Plum for the first time and highly recommend them to anyone needing service or repair.

Expertly cooked seafood combo on stir fried noodles. Noodles cooked to order (in this case fried to half soft, half crispy). Lots of fresh veg. Mussels melt in mouth. Acid test - squid not rubbery.
Note re price: This dish had $1 added on the computer and on the board i.e. $13.80. However they gave me a paper menu to view which said $12.80. When queried, they found they forgot to update the menu price and insisted on charging me the lesser price. Very friendly and honest.

Walk in service - had no waiting on a Friday. Got a better cut here for $10 standard senior cut to fix a $25 poor cut from Parkmore. Service from Ramen was very friendly with helpful advice and superior result.

Chris and his team at High Class Fencing are very, very good compared to other companies considered. Chris came out to the site to inspect the 39m paling side fence to be replaced in West Footscray before quoting quickly and competitively. He was able to organise supply over Xmas holidays and turned up at exactly the date and time promised, despite the end of year rush of jobs. Chris did not want to take up-front payment until clients were happy with the completed job, and offers a long warranty. He is very efficient, finishing the job in 2 days to a very high standard. Chris is a good communicator, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. We plan to ask High Class Fencing do additional work for us soon.

2019 UPDATE:
Kat has sold out to PetStock which has immediately upped the prices for the cattery, in particular deleting the 'over 30 days' discount. Don't know if any of the existing staff remain. Can no longer vouch for quality and service. Only upside is that they have installed an on-site vet, but the existing Chelsea Vet in Nepean Hwy is who we'll stay with.
The old owner didn't contact current cattery clients to advise of the change of management.

OLD REVIEW:
The new PON Cattery is wonderful. We have a cat that's rated aggressive on 3 vet's lists. The new PON cattery won it over inside 3 days. Their affection, patience and experience had our puss calm and happy, and not too desperate to be picked up by us . PON have large, interesting enclosures for the cats so they won't be bored. The cattery area is warm. They will send you pictures of your puss daily and administer any meds it needs. They will supply litter and food unless you prefer your own. Each cat gets lots of attention and an hour a day in the large, toy-filled playroom. And they are getting web-linked cameras installed this week so you can see your puss any time of day if you have separation anxiety. I couldn't recommend the PON cattery more highly, not just for the facilities, but for the care and dedication of cattery manager Dee and PON owner Kat.
Now we can have holidays without worrying about puss as she's probably having an even better time than us.
