Ben from TDM was brilliant. Great attitude, explained everything and worked very hard. He did not waste any time at all, always ran back to the truck for tools etc. Our problem was complex, one toilet only in house built late 60's, originally on septic, then sewer mid 70's. Problem was at base of small vertical steel pipe joining terracotta pipe, impacted by tree roots. He checked sewer pipe backwards & forward from IP under the house and all the way to the main & removed several other tree roots. 1 1/2 hours total cost $550. Expensive?, but had another plumber attend 6 days before, he used a "Jet" without a camera & charged, $1085 for a what worked out to be only a temporary fix. Wish I had gone to the Drain Man first.
