Richard did a pre-sale detail on my Honda Civic last week. I look after my cars and I thought it was pretty clean to start with. But after Richard had finished the job i realised just how much better it looked after the detail.
Unfortunately, after the peak hour traffic from the Gold Coast delayed his arrival, Richard was left with less time than he really needed to finish every detail (such as the wheel arches). I mentioned this and he said he would return at a convenient time and attend to this, free of charge. I believe he will do this and appreciate the offer. Once this is completed I will be happy to give 5 stars to quality and overall. I'll probably have him back to spruce up my new car in the near future and would recommend Timeless to anyone. Richard is committed to doing a really good job.
Additional comment 8.8.13: Circumstances didn't allow the return visit before the car was sold (see comment below) so I'm more than happy to bump these guys up to straight 5s. You couldn't do better than Timeless.

I LOVE IndigiScapes' Tea House! For starters it's quiet! No musak, just the sounds of nature and (normally) soft conversation. The menu is not huge but there is a good variety. The quality is exceptional and the price is very reasonable. There are blackboard specials. They make excellent coffees and there is an emphasis on australian bush flavours in the many teas available. Awesome iced coffees too! But the piece-de-resistance is the house specialty, IndigiCake - served warm with cream and ice cream. A must have! They cater for functions too and have a large 'conference room' with basic av facilities. I've arranged several functions there and the service is usually excellent and always friendly. The tea house is not licensed.

I haven't eaten at Tomato Bros. very often, but on a recent visit we (4) were well fed and the quality was good. It was a busy night and was quite noisy but we didn't have to wait long for the food. The garlic pizza bread and dips was lovely, the signature ribs are awesome, smoked salmon cream fettucini is great. I wouldn't recommend the seafood marinara (pasta) - although there were plenty of them, the mussels were rather tough. The specialty 'Salmon Rushdie' (cute name!) gourmet pizza (large $24) on the other hand was beautiful and there was lashings of quality salmon. It's licensed, BYO bottled wine and the corkage is reasonable. There is a grog shop in the same complex - very handy. We redeemed a 'groupie' voucher ($70) and it made no difference to the service, which was friendly. I'll be back again soon as I have several more vouchers to redeem.

I have used Bob Jane Cleveland for quite a while now and always go back there. I can trust their advice and their work is excellent. I had four new BJ tyres fitted a while ago and had a bolt destroy a tyre in the first 400km. The tyre was replaced with a brand new one, fitted and balanced, NO CHARGE! They honour their warranty terms. I wouldn't go anywhere else and don't even ring around for quotes any more. There's a TV, magazines and newspapers and free coffee in the waiting room too! Most obliging staff.
UPDATE: The franchisees of some years have 'retired' and the business is now Company owned and run. However the service is still top class. I'll keep going there.

My repair job was relatively minor - ding in front bumper - but Mandrakes did a great job, the price was only a little more than my daughter's excess (no claim made), the job was done in three days and the paint work is first class. They even phoned me to give permission to buy a small additional part which wasn't on the quote ($15)! I would highly recommend Mandrakes P&P. They are also official repairers for local car dealers, so this says something.
