Very friendly and helpful office staff right from first contact by phone, technician arrived early after phoning to make sure it was ok. and proved to be courteous, knowledgeable and tidy. The repair was explained and the price was very reasonable very happy with the service and would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family. Peter B
