My experience has been first rate with physio/pilates classes and remedial massages.Adjustment to my class times and appointments for massage the owners Frauke and Wesley always obligue and, more importantly, health and fitness advice is excellent.Frauke Tyack is of German extraction, a perfectionist with a hysterical sense of humour- the best combination. It was a good day when I discovered Physio Fit and I always leave the studio in a good mood,smiling, no matter how tough the session.Highly reccommended.
