I had work done by Engineering Solution and Services who have the same ABN and ACN identity of Ozcorp Pty Ltd - owner Osama Mohsen. I was charged for electrical safety switches but circuit breakers were installed instead. I was charged for floodlights even though they were included in the quote. I was offered a partial refund but it was never paid. My Hot Water System broke down because a 40 amp circuit breaker was installed on a 20 amp wire.

When I contacted this firm late in the afternoon I was told there would be a $60 call out fee and a quote would be provided for the work. If I decided to go ahead with the work the $60 would be refunded. Around 5.00 pm I received a call to say someone would be there in an hour. About 6.30 pm two electricians turned up. I asked for a quote - my hot water system was not working properly and recently had safety switches installed. I was then told there was a $295 inspection fee. I was given a quote of $495 which is after the $60 was refunded to me. They identified a 40 amp was installed instead of a 20 amp. It was only after the electricians turned up was I told there would be an inspection fee. One of the electricians said it could take them all day to find the fault. It was a hot water system and no power was coming from the switchboard - how could that take all day to locate. I paid the fee in full and the invoice stated it was an emergency call out. I was never told I this job would be an emergency call out. This could easily had been carried out the following day. The invoice did not state each item individually and cost - everything was lump together.
