Derrick Chan is a great martial artist, a fabulous teacher and an awesome guy to boot (no pun).

His Tae Kwon Do, Kung-Fu, Karate and weapon skills are hard to match in my view, and I have seen a fair bit around.

Never trained with the guy, so don't take this view point from a direct experience, but I have certainly witnessed his skill set and teaching method and would say he is probably one of the handiest guys in Perth to train with for self-defence.

If MMA and competition is your love, then he could help I am sure, but may not be the guy to train with in isolation??

Great food, good service. Quite expensive but a real treat to be had. Place gets jam packed so brace yourself and book.

Good quality stock, well stocked, will cut up meat for you if ask in advance. Prices are exceptional. Well worth a visit, especially if you buy in bulk! Gym junkies, get into it!

Some of the staff are ok, some are seemingly not wanting to be there. You tend to get small portions unless you ask for more lettuce etc.

These guys can do anything from property settlements, property disputes, divorce, personal injury claims, liquor licensing, criminal law, witnessing documents etc.

I think they have a notary public on board, staff from various parts of the world (good for diverse language speaking) and have been around for a long time.

I used them for personal injury and a property settlement and would highly recommend them to anyone.
