I purchased a Clarendon Home from the original owner when it was only 5 years old. The cornice work in the living room was deforming in spots equal distances from eachother i.e. ceiling joist locations. The owner had it repaired before we bought it. The problem has returned worse than before and also has transferred into the hall and bedroom. I contacted the builder and they will not return my calls now. The Building Manager said he'd look into it but went AWOL. They do not stand behind their shoddy workmanship and the Government is really to blame for not legislating proper building code and warranty. Get someone else to build your house!

Recommend by friend and not disappointed. Very professional and fair with the work done right the first time. Had 5 tyres installed and alignment. Very happy.
