Gave car for troubleshooting of one sound, they changed the tyres which didn't fix the issue and advised that the issue is for wheel bearing, They should been smart enough to diagnose that before changing the tyres. Do not recommend them.

I own a M235i which required a rocker cover replacement. I was actually guided to Brad and his excellent crew to complete repairs and I’m very impressed by their professionalism and well priced workmanship. The job was completed in time and without fuss, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thankyou and I will be getting my vehicle maintained there in the future not the BMW dealership.

I have had major services, minor services, book services, wheel alignment, alternator reconditioned, new wipers, new lights, roadworthy, etc. All good quality, all reasonably priced, punctual, with work well described, and the business well organised.

Hi we are new to this but felt we needed to let others know what happened to us and let you decided before you chose someone with your car. We will only ever give a bad review on service on our experience with trades people who we believe have not done what they set out to do in the time set out and expect nothing less then a high stranded of work.

So in this case it was our car that was in need of repair and we believe it is in your best interest if this site is true to its word and allow us to inform you first hand before you give your money away like us and trust your car to be put in for repair. you can never place a price on your families Safety.

It all started when we decided to take our Tarago to Inala at your choice Mechanicals as it was close to home and as we needed a new rocker cover Gasket replaced due to oil leak. We took the car in to be done and informed them while driving and applying the brakes the Car would shutter and could they look at this.

We also asked them to adjust the hand brake as we needed this to be adjusted as it will not hold on a hill and needs to be done. We need to know the car is safe as we have children we drive around.

So my wife took car in to be done we did get a call to say that our both lower Ball Joints, both Rack end, both Front rotors and pads need to be replaced nothing about rear though so I took it that they had inspected this while on the hoist and it was ok. They also told us we need 2 new tyres and a wheel aliment and balance Again due to safety we said that's fine trusting that after this was all done we would have a car that is now safe and will drive nice.. How wrong!

My Wife goes and pick car up and hand break was not adjusted as asked the steering wheel was now off centre after wheel alignment and there was grease all over the carpet in front Passenger side floor I had ago over this as this is not expectable to see grease on the floor as there was no due care taken. They tuned around tried to put this back on us and said well your floor was already dirty. I told them yes but it is dirt not grease that was on the floor before we brought this in and the grease was done by them. I was informed this would have been done by them placing our wheel hubs in the front passenger side on the carpet with out anything under it. So I was not very happy about this. To be fair they did how ever offer to use degreaser to clean this up but I said no i will do this myself I do not want degreaser used on my carpet.

When the wife picked the car up she was informed they did the wheel alignment but how ever if we wanted the wheel aliment to be 100% spot perfect. Then we will need to put this other part on the car to make the aliment 100% spot on. So now there is more mony need to have this right and time to take this back in. but if this was need you do not say no you get it done. After all this is there field of work not mine and this is what you pay them for. So if they say to me it needs doing then I need to trust then this is right and the job is going to be done right the first time. Not the 2nd.3rd.4th

We decided that evening to take the car for a long drive to see how it would drive after getting all this work done. If this was done right and they replaced everything it should now drive and brake well, We headed up the nth coast to give a long drive on highway to see how it would steer and if the brakes would shutter. It did not take long before the shutter came back on breaking and now when slowing down. On top of this we are now also getting a sharp pulls to the right now and attendances to veer sharply to the right. While driving.

Next morning again I called them up told them what was going on with the car and how it shutters I was told if the car Shutters on Braking then it is the rear drums and the reason for the right drift was due to the tyre put on the wrong way and he will make sure the swapped them over. Now this is a safety issue here how could they get this wrong? How do you put the tyres on wrong? As for the rear brakes and trusting they know best and due to my safety concerns wetook there advice took the car in to now have the 2 new rear brake drums, shoes, slave cylinders done and hand break tightened up. Hoping this would now fix the problem after taking it in again we get anther call while car brakes being done to let us know now that after doing the front disc brakes there is now a leak in the right calliper and this now needs to be fixed so again I said trusting still and wanted the car to drive the way it did before. At this point we just spent short of $2,000 to make sure car was safe. Money well spent if problem was fixed but it was still not right

Again wife Picked car up and hoping this time all was ok. Well guess what hand Brake is not still not working the way it should. And after paying extra to have this other part put on the car to make the wheel alignment 100% spot on the car it is now worse then the first time. The car no longer drifts to the right it is now making sure you do not let go of the steering wheel as the car now turns sharply to the left while driving be it on the highway our around my local area you can see the wheel move back and forth when you take both hand off and the car start to move sharply to the left. The hand brake does not work and now there is still a slight shutter again. Problem still not fixed.

We went back in informed them that I need the hand brake adjusted as it will not hold the car as it will go backwards when hand brake was applied not road worthy. And needs to be done. They turned around and said it is fully adjusted there is nothing more they can do and that is the way they are on our car. I informed them no its not as I have had this car for a long time and when ever we have had the rear brakes done we have never had to go back to our regaler mechanic and complain to him about his workmanship or ask him to readjust the hand brake the same day

To add insult to injury after spending so much money I also asked them if they could recheck wheel alignment and balance as we are now fighting the steering wheel as it is now pulling to the left sharply. They still would not except this as well and informed that this was not because of the wheel alignments it was the road as this was done right.

I said no as the car does it on the highway and turning right at the round about. I told him I was informed if the aliment is set correctly the car is to only ever to drift very slowly to the left for safety the response was no you are wrong and still blames the road. Now keep in mind I have driven on this road for many years I should now if it was the road or not.

What made me mad after arguing about the work they turned around and said well we will set it to drive straight on the high way then? So After arguing with them over the work they have not done right in my opinion, grease on the floor we decided to call it a day. We were not going to go back pay to have more work done on the car they could not do the hand brake and wheel alignment we decided not to pay for anymore work at your choice mechanicals Inala to be done I need to know when I head up the Blackall range with other Peoples Children in our car we need to be sure that the brake and steering are going to do there job

So we ended up booking our car in to been seen by the 2 same to people who has done our car in the past as we been very happy with there workmanship. over the past 4 years not worth saving time to get car done closer to home if it means it will come back with heaps more problems lots more money and the issue you took it in for is still not fixed. By the way the oil leak that was to be fixed it still there not bad only a few spots on floor but still leaking

Your Choice is great, helpful, nothings a bother to check and the work is done in a reasonable time frame. We have 7 cars and have never had a problem with servicing or other work done.
Prices are good too.

Recently had to replace tyres on my car and these guys are no messing around gave me a great deal and had everythign finished in the same day, and i have used their service several times now.
