Despite many requests to Bathtime Bathrooms, over a period of 16 months, to return to our house to fix poorly mixed grouting between the mosaic tiles on the floor of our completed bathroom, the company never acknowledged phone calls or emails nor offered to return to fix this defect, which totally spoils the look of our otherwise excellent bathroom as some parts of the pale grey grouting are actually white.
