JUST AMAZING!
We called Tony from Bathtime bathrooms due to both our bathrooms being exposed to mould due to a water leak. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and we needed the work completed asap.
Tony was amazing to deal with from the get go. He assured us that both bathrooms will be completed in a timely manner and was extremely professional. Once the process started Luke who was managing the project kept us informed of every step of the way. Both Tony and Luke were amazing to deal with and the bathrooms were completed to an exceptional standard. We are extremely happy with the work each tradie put into our bathrooms and of the outcome. The bathrooms look immaculate and we would highly recommend Bathtime bathrooms to anyone who is wanting a new bathroom. THANK YOU again.

Thank you for the good work that was done renovating or bathroom/powder room. Found the tradespeople were very nice to work with so all in all we are very happy and will call on you at later date to do our other bathroom.

Mostly positive experience..
They promised to finish the bathroom upgrade before we moved into the house which they did
The trades people Tiling Electrican Plumber were excellent
Luke the supervisor was friendly and knew his trade.. ,, Only concern here was he didnt always know everything.. as an example.. putting in the spa The instruction was it to be put on a sand base....he decided it wasn't necessary. Fortunately I picked up on this and queried him.. He wasn't going to do it.. I got him to talk to the manufacturer and it was required.. If I hadn't picked up on this it wouldn't have happened..
I have given them three stars..to. me a 5 star company has good service after the job has been finished . I picked up a very small issue with spa.. Contacted them with no response... Not good enough....it seems once they have finished that's it... they do a good job overall but could be better very simply.. Just be aware of the above ..

My wife and I slowly and painstakingly restored a Californian bungalow over three years, Bathtime Bathrooms stuck with us throughout the project and helped us to redesign and restore a bathroom and renovated an old kitchen into a bespoke laundry and powder room. The guys at Bathtime Bathrooms did a great job on our master ensuite. The whole process was slick from starting consultation to finish. Simple and easy to deal with the two main suppliers we used and we are super happy with the finished product.
