After being stuffed around by Russell's heating, I phoned Gavin from Hallam heating. Got much better customer service and the price for supplying and installation was nearly $1600 cheaper than Russell's. The two installers Paul and Caden did a great job. The heater looks great and works the same. Very satisfied customer.

I initially was given a quote of around $4,800, from Russells. Then after another 3 quotes later the price reached almost $5,800. At one stage I was given a written and verbal quote of $5000. I paid $2,500 up front and was then told the price would be nearly $5,800. After receiving 4 different prices and misinformation I decided I had had enough and requested my money be returned which done. I sourced several other suppliers and their prices were significantly lower.
I went with Hallam heating who gave one quote and were much more helpful. Price for same heater supplied and fitted approx. $4,100.
Very happy with the job and heater works well.
