After being stuffed around by Russell's heating, I phoned Gavin from Hallam heating. Got much better customer service and the price for supplying and installation was nearly $1600 cheaper than Russell's. The two installers Paul and Caden did a great job. The heater looks great and works the same. Very satisfied customer.

We recently purchased a new wood heater through Hallam Heating. We found the in-store knowledge and service to be excellent. The installers were fantastic and were very patient as the installation ended up being very difficult due to our roof beams being in the way. This meant the heater and hearth had to be moved and moved again to make it look right in the room. The heater works beautifully and we couldn't be happier.
