The manager here has the best service, my necklace broke and the manager without question replaced it for me and didn’t charge for the repair. It broke again, and I went to kotara Michael hill and brought a new one as 6 months passed and I lost the receipt for the original purchase. Two weeks later the chain broke so I went back and they could t find the receipt in the system, even know it was under warranty they said their hands were tied and couldn’t help me! Even know it’s stamped Michael hill! I went to Charlestown store and the manager found my transaction, completely replaced my necklace and explained how the chain was fragile and not fit for use the way I Wear and sleep in my jewellery, so she recommended a different one slightly more expensive, she exchanged it with no cost! That is just exceptional service, I’ve been back over Christmas and spend thousands there since then simply because the manager is a great leader and example of good service!

Heaven on earth! This has to be the best day spa I have ever visited. To the detail! If I had to say something bad it would only be that I needed water so badly after my massage and it wasn’t offered and I was too shy.

I can’t say nice enough things about this company! What a turn around, I’ve been with them for three children over 8 years and watched all of the ups and downs and love what they have become, sadly it’s our last year with our last child but the evolution of tiny tutus has been like watching a child grow! Love the new Storytime TV show too!
