Poor service team very disappointed. Not understanding the last two times I have been in I've had to return with my car a further 2 times

I recently moved into a brand new house and we decided to go with victory despite the higher cost. We had duel holland blinds throughout the house with the addition of three plantation shutters. We have had nothing but issues. The wrong colours ordered, the wrong size blinds, the staff have been a nightmare to deal with, a shutter blind fall out and break. A chain break and we were told to repair it then getting them to come out resulted in the wrong size chain, Which the installer wanted ro leave. The repairs on the shutter blind have been awful. Staff have been well outside of their arrival time with no phone calls on more than one occasion. I am extremely disappointed. The office staff have been rude. I have had victory out about 8 times. I have had to take time off work and I am still not happy with the job. I will never recommend them. I understands mistakes and time restriction occur but victory have lost me with the way they deal with their issues. Maybe the staff need to spend new time at each job concentrating. Very disappointed And I am going to send head office a letter
