My car is in there being fixed for a minor rear-end accident and they have quote $14000! What a joke! Surely this is way out of line with reality.

My partner and I recently purchased a car from Winter and Taylor and cannot complain about the customer service or the value for money. They let us haggle the price down to what we thought was reasonable, then they included free extras. But it doesn't stop there once we got the car home a few days later they rang to see if everything was ok. The message to remind us about services so we don't lose the new car warranty. Couldn't ask for better customer service and very friendly and helpful

fantastic service after i dropped my car off they delivered my child to kinder and collected her later, waiting rooms are first class they bent over backwards to make things easier for me, very happy with the service

The waiting room facilities were 1st class-coffee-papers-foxtel what more could you want.
Bob the driver got me to work on time and collected me at the end of the day.upon collection of my vehicle i was suprised they even had the car washed.

I have purchased my last three cars from Winter & Taylor. The service I received from Mike Windsor and Peter O'Connor was unbeatable. They were very helpful in any way possible. And I always got the right price. The service department has always been a pleasure to visit. I have always had the option of a loan car for the day as I work out of town. I would recommend Winter & Taylor to anyone. The service is great. They are always there to help make the right decision and there is no pressure.

Have serviced all my cars over the years and found to be very friendly and helpful.
Always drop me off and pick me back up when vehicle is ready and always call before doing any extra work if required

I purchased a new Captiva at Ballan Holden in Werribee because they were a lot cheaper. I went in for the first service at Winter & Taylor but the service I got was appaling, I asked them to fix four different minor problems not one was fixed and infact one was made worse. i then went back into complain and they told me the car had never been there before! i told them I think i would remember where I took my car to be serviced and then then realised they had entered the rego number in correctly. i had to take it back to be re fixed and service was resonable this time, still this crap just shouldnt happen. I live in Geelong so I think I will try Smiths next time.
