rang for a quote on 2 formal dresses in for hems to be taken up. Quite expensive ($98 per dress!) bu was assured they could do the job on the Sunday no worries.

Explained that i would need 1 done straight away but had time for the second one to be done over a few days as that formal was later in the year.

When I arrived at the arranged time on the Sunday to drop the dresses off, the guy there was so UNhelpful. He said the person i spoke to on the phone didn't know what they were talking about. He said he would get the 1 dress i needed done if he wasn't busy!!!!

I said i needed to know if he didn't think he was going to be able to do it as it was the only day i was able to run around trying to get it done before the formal (I would have driven to the city if I needed to go elsewhere). He said he should be able to do it.

When i went back (after spending 5 hours at Marion walking around until the agreed pick up time) he ha done NOTHING then didn't want to refund the money i had to pay upfront when i took the dresses back.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy. service was non existent then it was deemed as MY fault that he didn't do the work.

I would suggest NOT using these guys for anything.

Ended up taking the dresses to Tip Top at Kensington (as they were near my work) in a desperate attempt to get them done in time. Fantastic service - see my review for more info

Called about an issue with my washing machine. Discussed repair/replacement option.
No pressure from salesman, he just laid out cost of repairs.
When i asked him about replacing het machine, he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice.
Despite bieng super busy, he squeezed delivery in to suit my supere hectic lifestyle, no charge. Removed packaging and old machine. went through how to get the best results out of the machine including addressing one of my children's sensitive skin issues.

Fantastic service from the delivery guy too. Minimised dragging any dirt through the house to a minimum (it was bucketing down when he delivered) was fantastic with the installation process

Had been to an alterations store to have 2 x formal dresses hems taken up. Was really messed around. Came to Tip Top at Kensington and they had them both done for under $100 and in 24 hours!!!! Beautiful ladies who could not do enough to help and understood the time pressures involved with this one (formal was the following weekend!)

My 3 daughers and I had hair cuts. wash, cut dry and style plus 2 of us colouring. Left feeling great. Time efficient, good cuts and really friendly team "serving" us. Brad listened to what we were wanting, gave advice on what products to use and helped select the best colours and styles based on our features. Good value for money

Easy as online grocery shopping. Freshest fruit and veg ever. Delivery only $10 but i chose to pick up as i was driving past anyway (no charge there). Everything there, packed well. Easy to use website with a variety of functions to make ordering easy as 1 2 3.

Great food, great atmosphere. Asked staff member to choose and order food for us (incuding 1 coeliac) as menu looked too good to choose from. Superb selection and amount of food was sent to out table. Definitely going back
