I was in Rundle mall and went into hairhouse warehouse to buy some stylings products I was unsure of what I needed and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful they helped me find what I was looking for
I recently went into Hairhouse Warehouse in Rundle Mall to enquire on some hair extensions and a whole new colour, I was so nervous as the previous enquiries at other salons led me to believe it was next to impossible and extremely expensive. After chatting with the team (who all got involved it was great) we met in the middle and I was happy with what we had all decided on. On the spot, they rearranged their appointments to fit me in, they could tell I was excited! I was so so happy with the result and I felt like I was there amoung friends, I had a great experience and I absolutely LOVE my hair. If you are at all nervous with hairdressers GO SEE THESE GUYS THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!!

My 3 daughers and I had hair cuts. wash, cut dry and style plus 2 of us colouring. Left feeling great. Time efficient, good cuts and really friendly team "serving" us. Brad listened to what we were wanting, gave advice on what products to use and helped select the best colours and styles based on our features. Good value for money
I'm sorry to say this. I am not making it up! I went in for a very light colour (strawberry blonde with a dash of light brown, ish. Hard to explain, but I had photos of what I wanted!) But I came out a horrendous dark brown. It was so bad I cried. I was too shocked and unhappy to ask them to re-do it, but had to have it bleached out to the lighter colour I wanted.
I emailed customer service and due to an error, they didn't get back to me. The man finally got back to me after weeks, then offered me free products to the cost of the original colour. But then as I was incredibly busy, it took me a little while to reply to him (which he had done in the first place too) and the offer evaporated.
It was the least fun I've ever had getting my hair done. Their customer service is terrible and slow and not attentive.
I stand by what I say: don't get your hair coloured here!
It's not worth the risk!

I have been there 3 times now. Each time, they have always asked me if I am happy with what they have done before I leave the chair.
I am sure that if you had told them the colour was not what you wanted, they would have done everything they could to resolve the issue right there and then.
Rachel, I know what you mean. In this case, the situation was really awkward because it was SO clear that it was the wrong colour, that I didn't really need to tell them. And they CERTAINLY did not ask me if I was happy with it, because I would have burst into tears then and there.
I have had other hairdressers actually LOOK at the colour of my hair and say, 'you know what? that's not quite as good as I could have done. give it a few days and if you're not happy, come back'. And then I've come back to have it corrected and loved them all the more for it!
When it's that obvious, you can tell you've done a bad job!
I went in looking for a particular item but wasnt sure what it was called. The staff were very helpful and told me what it was that i was looking for and that although they didnt have the particular item in stock they could order it in for me. They also pointed me in the direction of other stores that I may find it which I thought was very nice.
I had my hair cut and coloured there and it was excellent service. I was happy with the end result and will happily go there again.

Everyone in the store is well trained and they no what they are talking about, which always helps.
