This practice seems to be more into business generation than provision of healthcare services. Over servicing, repeated appointments.There is excessive waiting times, however they are very quick to charge for excessive fees if you miss an appointment. The GP's are constantly changing and few stay employed at this practice for very long. There is seriously very little continuity of care. Reception staff are robotic and not encouraged to think critically.  I found certain practice staff to be antagonistic. This situation would have been resolved with a conversation with a business owner. My request fell on deaf ears so I have chosen to make them public
