The staff here are really knowledgeable and friendly, the prices and service are excellent. We always go here instead of EB Games at Hornsby - store is better laid out, service is fast and prices are much better.

We always park underground as it's easier, the staff are helpful. Sometimes it can get pretty busy (usually a Saturday or Sunday) but during weekday evenings you can usually get in and out pretty fast.
