Michael turned up on time and very polite. it was good to do a site visit before hand. but turn out air con cant be remove from 2nd floor due to different reasons (saying too heavy and machine cant get thru the backyard door...)They provided a resolution in a very professional manner. I am really satisfied with the outcome.
