Friendly and helpful from the very first phone call. I was given the option of genuine or after market spare parts and was given an accurate timeframe as to when my vehicle was to be completed and also the estimate was accurate.

Excellent quality food, great service with excellent views of the Blue Mountains. Traditional German/Austrian meals and they're HUGE! Forget about dropping in on a Saturday, always PACKED, definitely book if you want to go on a Saturday. Very flexible with party bookings as well!

The cabin and park was exactly as expected from the photos on the web site (hence no photo's submitted) and the service was always friendly and with a smile.
Great value for money family friendly park and your facilities such as the pool, BBQ, grounds and play area are great.
The movie night for the kids was fun.
The location is nice and quiet and only a short walk to the basin, a short drive to the centre of town and the corner store also only a 5 minute walk away.

We went with a groups of friends (with children) and had a great time. Cooked dinner on the BBQ ($0.20 for 6 minutes) and ate outside our room in one of the tabled areas using camping lights. Kids had a great time in the pool area. Undercover parking for cars. Coles/K Mart only a short walk away, Aldi only a few minutes drive up the road. Tee, coffee and Microwave facilities there. Rooms were clean and tidy. Clean linen and bath towels that are larger than the usual tea towels you get and they actually work! Markets across the road on a Sunday. A/C and/or electric blankets not required.

Ron has been servicing my cars (Nissan and VW's) for quite a number of years. Over these years I have found him to be honest and reliable. When he does a job, he does it right the first time.
If you have a problem with your car, he will take the time to explain to you what the problem is and how it's best fixed. He has quite a number of VW contacts and his charges are very competitive. He takes the time to do pink slip inspections properly.

Outstanding service, great value for money! Had a minor issue which was resolved immediately! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
