Very disappointed with the customer service. The wrong address was put on my delivery. Luckily the people that received my order found and contacted me as our cubby house was left on their driveway with no signature required from the delivery company, so no proof that it even got delivered. We had to hire a Ute and get some friends to help go pick it up as it was very heavy and big. When I called cubby central to inform them what had happened they were rude, not helpful and wouldn’t compensate for the mess around. After a few phone calls and emails they finally agreed to give us some money back. We only received a half of what they said they would refund and again were very rude. Will not be purchasing any future things from this company. Would rather go through the hide and seek company then through this company.
