Shallyn is a fantastic trainer. I have been seeing her 3 times a week for 5 weeks and have lost 3.5kg and 2.5% body fat. I am a dress size smaller with more definition in my muscles. I am fitter and more energetic. Shallyns gym is in a beautiful location in Dooralong on acreage with a lovely view from the gym. I love it and recommend her to anyone looking to increase fitness, lose weight, tone or even build muscle.

Tracey is lovely. She comes to your home and demonstrates her products. She is extremely helpful with individual skin types and she knows her stuff. I would recommend anyone book a demonstration with her. I will be booking a pamper day with some girlfriends as she does in home spa treatments.
