I have 4 Woolworths in my local area I could shop at but always find myself using the one at Plumpton Market Place.

The shelves are also stacked, fruit & veg is always fresh and the checkout staff usually have you in and out quickly.

I also find the parking at Plumpton to be very accessible which is always a bonus when you need to just pop in for milk or bread.

We are expecting our first child and after visiting several BIG BRAND baby shops found it over whelming the amount of products available.

Like all new parents you would like only the best for your child and safety was the highest priority to us.

We visited Baby Kingdom at Penrith and found that the service and knowledge of the staff was second to none. They took their time and answered countless (silly) questions from the new parents to be.

We have since brought 99% of our nursery items from this store and would gladly recommend them to any new expecting parents.

I also found they were one of the most reasonably priced baby shops.

After being recommended to visit Rob from a friend who also has a car allowance and similar business expenses, we made an appointment which was after hours (to which no additional fees were charged), my husband and I were very suprised to see this business has been here for over 35 years and were more than happy with Rob's extensive accounting knowlegdge and advise.

I would highly recommend anyone with a complicated tax return to visit this practise, it was definatley worth it for us.

I have an 11 year old dog and we have taken him to Rob at the Rooty Hill Vet since his birth; the compassion and care they provide to both the animals and owners is second to none, we moved 2hrs away over 1 year ago and still make the trip for his checkups. I would highly recommend them in the care of any animal ....

They are quick and tasty with a reasonable price tag. Only wish we had more of this variety in the local area; we have also used the take away service and the food remains hot and tasty. Would visit there again in the near future and highly recommend.

I made an appointment with a friend for 11am only to find when we turned up the staff member who diarised the appointment had pushed me to a 12pm slot and never called to confirm this, she had also since left the company.

I then waited for 30mins while the 4 therapist working tried to reschedule the next appointment to a later time so she could 'fit' me in.

My treatments were beautiful and they did include a free eye mask with my facial, however the initial experience and frustration made a normally relaxing day stressful.

After being a customer for many years I purchased a burger to find a chunk of glass in it; when I called to advise them what I had found and to be sure there was no other glass in the salad's I was advised that this was not their problem and I was only trying to get a refund, I advised I didn't want a refund rather them to ensure the safety of other customers by checking their stock.

They proceeded to be very rude so my husband went into the shop and showed them the glass and was still never offered an apology.

It was never about a refund (which I might add we never accepted when offered) it was about customer safety, I will never dine their again, not because of the glass we found but how they handled our concerns.
