I cannot & could not ever express how impressed I was was Nicky & Funerals of Compassion. From the first phone contact with Nicky and even post funeral care, paperwork etc Nicky and the team were exceptional without fault. At such a time of grief and confusion Nicky made the entire process seamless. Her attention to detail was above and beyond what we had expected. She has a genuine interest and concern for the one who has passed but also their family / friends. Having myself arranged a funeral the week before in another state and comparing the care, expertise, professionalism and cost, we were simply blown away with Nicky and Funerals of Compassion. The entire team there on the day was simply beautiful. Thank you to Nicky's son Rocco who also tweaked my media at the start to make it look so much more processional, We asked for a morning tea at the chapel on site and WOW! Far beyond what we had expected. Class all the way. Flower arrangements, the little extra touches we didn't expect. Just so awesome. Thank you also for arranging Michael, the celebrant was perfect and he really listened to our needs and delivered a beautiful service. My mother in law was beside her with grief however the farewell Funerals of Compassion delivered for her soulmate gave her peace knowing it couldn't have been done any better. Bless you Guys.
