Our business had chosen Inspire Education to deliver training packages for three of our staff members. Communication leading up to the commencement of training, including payment requests etc were consistent. However once our payment was processed, communication was very poor. All 3 staff members related the same issue of not being able to access training support, the online portal was not user friendly, that there was a lack of structure to their courses and minimal expectations in terms of timelines for modules to be complete. After months of trying to rectifying these issues we decided to pull our three staff members from their Inspire Education Courses due to the lack of customer service and requested a partial refund. Our business has not had any resolution or communication from anyone at Inspire Education from a management level. A formal complaint had to be made to the Training Ombudsman.
