Terrible Institution. Don’t go with them. Very unorganised. Poor communication. Training materials sub standard. Finished my 8 subjects a long time ago but they changed the course code and told me I had to complete 12 more subjects/ a whole new course. Paid the money, completed and passed all subjects but still no diploma for me. All because of poor administration on their end. This should not be allowed. If I had the energy I’d complain to some training authority, but I don’t currently have the time of energy. Don’t go with inspire.

I am currently studying a Cert IV in Training and Assessment with InspireEducation, and it is without a doubt the lowest quality education I have ever engaged with. The learning materials are patchy at best - assessment instructional videos are often not included, leaving the student with little options. The assessment tasks are poorly explained, and do not fit in well with the learning materials. This creates the need to call Inspire directly on a regular basis, which can take up to a week to organise, just to get the information they didn't include.

The program was not explained properly upon commencement. The placement section and help are pathetic - they refer you to their competitors for a placement, who of course have no desire to help their competition.

I would recommend taking ANY other provider than Inspire for an online course - they are unsupportive, disorganised, and generally fairly unwilling to help. I made a huge mistake by enrolling in the course due to it being the cheapest option.

InspireEducation is clearly another RTO which doesn't value education, and simply looks to provide the cheapest and simplest course possible to get your money. Motivated by profit and not by learning - take my advice and don't take this course here!

Wouldn't recommend at all. Don't waste your money. The course material is rubbish, difficult to understand, poorly explained.The trainers and support staff are offshored and U are not offered the required resources to successfully complete the course. I have pursued a refund and was denied. They are an unethical business. My calls relating to a refund were dodged and emails unanswered.

I've actually gone as far as to report them.

Please do you research and find another RTO provider.

Inspire education is very good. I am doing cert III in Early childhood education and care and whenever i got stuck in any question i text the trainer and they help me. So far i am enjoying my study.

Thank you so much Inspire Education. My course was almost about to expire and I couldn’t able to find placement due to pandemic. But Inspire education helped me to extend my course free of cost. It was great help during this pandemic.

Stay away from Inspire Education or you will lose your money and probably never be able to complete your course because it is written in such a bad way, almost like reading something in a badly translated document with an undertone of broken English.
I have completed courses online in the last decade and am educated to a Masters degree level, THIS course however I couldn't undertsnad their badly worded questions, poor presentations and workshop that aren't relevant to the course, their learning materials that aren't providing all the content so that one can actually complete the assessment.
It seems they outsource their trainers from Asia, it takes them ages to respond and when they do they do NOT address the issue.
They have been reported to industry bodies by a high number of students and they have a very bad reputation amongst other service providers because people like me now have to go somewhere else and pay again.

Wouldn't recommend this business. They are very quick to answer your call when you enrol but after that getting a response is impossible.
I'm enrolled in the upgraded TAE40116 and am querying if I have correctly selected RPL for the old units.
In the last three days I have rung four times, left a message, and sent a message via the Student Portal.
Still no answer.

Our business had chosen Inspire Education to deliver training packages for three of our staff members. Communication leading up to the commencement of training, including payment requests etc were consistent. However once our payment was processed, communication was very poor. All 3 staff members related the same issue of not being able to access training support, the online portal was not user friendly, that there was a lack of structure to their courses and minimal expectations in terms of timelines for modules to be complete. After months of trying to rectifying these issues we decided to pull our three staff members from their Inspire Education Courses due to the lack of customer service and requested a partial refund. Our business has not had any resolution or communication from anyone at Inspire Education from a management level. A formal complaint had to be made to the Training Ombudsman.

I would not recommend Inspire Education for TAE 40116 Cert IV Training and Assessment.
1.Course content does not always match assessment tasks.
2. Course structure is not easy to follow.
3. Feedback- requires booking a trainer, & finding an available time slot. Upon receiving your call time is limited.
4. Trainers & feedback are from oversees and they do not appear equiped with good understanding of our education system.
5. Reassessment of this course as a qualification to equip deliverance of education in Australia would be helpful.

Your TAE course is poorly planned and needs a lot of improvement:
-The information is not well structured,
-the information you want in forms is not actually presented anywhere or clear,
-I’ve spent more time working out what you want me to do, which are generally easy tasks but convoluted in how you explain it.
-The workbook contradicts the assessments.
-It takes days to get a call and when you’re learning and have allocate time in your busy life that’s not convenient at all
I’ve posted in the forum 4 days ago with feedback and questions and you’ve not posted it live
-the call centre promised to send me information today and it has not been sent
-your TAE trainers do not respond to emails
-this is simply an exercise of form filling in and no value added to becoming a great trainer!
The trainers are lovely when you call. But that’s about the only good thing.

Be warned inspire educations trainers and staff are based overseas. They claim to have experts in their field training you however they are living and based overseas. Given they are training in Australian fields this alone should is a bold claim.

On top of this marking and support is well below par. You will regularly be unable to get a hold of trainers and feedback will amount to "review 4.1" with no depth or actual training. Marks can take weeks to months to come back and require multiple submissions to be passable. This will feel like a ploy to ensure you cannot finalise before the due date as they have paid extensions advertised on the website.

In summary:
1. No experts in their fields
2. Trainers based overseas in Australian certificates
3. Inconsistent with feedback
4. Attempts to make course take longer requiring you to pay for extensions.

Firstly, I would never recommend Inspire to anyone.
Worse experience of my studying life.

I have attempting to complete my training and assessment with Inspire. I have found the content confusing, often outdated, and responsiveness from the provider is spotty at best. The expectations set by the course are unreasonable and often contradictory. Webinars are only broadcast live, once, with a very limited library of outdated content to re-watch, ridiculous for a distance provider, a provider who offers self-paced learn this is unacceptable.

Practical assessments are unreasonable during the COVID crisis completely impossible to complete with current government restrictions.
I asked for an extension and was offered a paltry 1-month extension due to coronavirus difficulties, but happily accepts payment for 6-month extensions. After all this, I’ve had to pay for outside tutoring in order to complete the complicated assessments. Once you (actually) manage to complete them they take months to mark, pushing you close to the end of your course date, enabling them to request more money for an extension, It seems to me this is the real focus of the business model.

Avoid this company, save your time, sanity, and money.

This RTO is a joke. Trainers, although good, are booked out 3 weeks in advance. There is no other way of contacting the trainers unless it is through the dodgy booking system which rarely works.
The RTO takes forever to mark assignments. In one particular instance it took 5 months of me constantly chasing them up to issue me my certificate IV in Training and Assessment - that is 5 months from the date I lodged my last assignment.
Save yourself and avoid Inspire Education.

Terrible provider - outdated material, overseas non-native English speaker support, lost assignments, don't waste your money.

I have just completed Certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping with Inspire Education.
I have 28 years of admin and bookkeeping experience and had a great time with the learning helped by their extremely competent staff from Student Services and Admin to the Trainers and Assessors. Aga, Wendy and Therese are all wonderful trainers and offer great helpful feedback. I have now more qualification to achieve a higher standard of work and a better hourly rate when building my client base in bookkeeping and can be a registered BAS Agent to top it off.
All admin and student services staff are extremely well trained and are able to assist with all types of enquiries along the way. If the person on the other end of the phone does not know the answer to your question they know who will and are quick to make sure you are looked after and your query is completely satisfied as quickly as possible. Their knowledge of the systems and processes within Inspire Education is unsurpassed, not at all like being passed around from one department to another as you do with big corporations. All staff are well educated and trained in the operations of Inspire Education. I would highly recommend Inspire Education to anyone who is looking to upgrade their education.

Completed Cert IV in Bookkeeping. Great way to study for busy Mum's. This will certainly give me the confidence to start my own business . Very supportive trainers and staff, great at getting back to you by email, phone and messages.

Recently completed the Cert IV in Human Resources. The workbooks and assessments were pretty straightforward. Although some of the detail as to how to complete the assignments was sometimes missing or unclear you get several attempts to pass and guidance from the trainers and assessors. There was some staff turnover midway through my course which was frustrating as it meant that assignments took longer to get back but this seems to have been resolved as at June 2018.

The Assessors tried their best to help me! the study material are very useful and a student friendly one. More power Inspire Education

Absolute joke I have had nothing but trouble from the outset. No returned calls after booking with trainers, slow marking and return, and to top that I was told that I had sent blank assignments in. BLANK. Challenged the info I was given and then advised a week later that the assignments were "MISPLACED" on the system and a search was underway. My assignments were lodged in January, I was advised in April, Its now May and Imstill waiting for a response.

Where to start? I'll just do a numerical list for my experience taking the Cert IV, Training / Assessment (both face-to-face and online / blended).
1) It's the new T/E, and Inspire's ads never mentioned that most of us would have to do a third week, for an extra $990. This lack of transparency was so blatant that the entire class has put in a complaint to ASQA...we're still waiting to hear the results.
2) Even before I started the course, I received several notices, stating I hadn't paid, when I had. I called the staff: "Oh, yes, the computer DOES that," I was told--as if it were acceptable.
3) The workbooks do not match the materials we were given. And the answers to the questions we're to answer from the workbook material are not always present -- it' easier just to Google the answers than to even look in the workbook! They are terribly written.
4) The course itself: The trainer, is a sweetie--kind, knows his stuff, is compassionate, etc. No complaint about him. But the way the material is organised--files within files within files--is labyrinthine at best and incomprehensible at worst.

Inspire Education is a low cost alternative to other RTO's. Due to the significantly lower costs (in some cases courses are more then half the cost that other RTO's charge) the onus is on the student to ensure they stay motivated and complete the course. Inspire Education's timeframes for marking assignments and responding to queries would be considered excessive when compared to others, however you get what you pay for. With a little bit of discipline and self motivation finishing a course with Inspire Education is definitely possible.

I did it online but the trainers were very prompt and helpful. The study materials were very useful and well written.

It takes up to 12 weeks to mark your assignments or assessments, which is completely ridiculous. Other online educators take 2 to 7 days. If I had known they can take up to 12 weeks to mark your work I would not have signed up. As it is I will have to write-off the almost $1000 in fees I paid and sign up with someone who provides a professional service.

Signed up for a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care just over a year ago. Finally completed it a few weeks ago, but it was a struggle, lots of tears and almost gave up heaps of times; and would have if it was not for the cost.
The course material was boring, far too lengthy, poor grammar, spelling mistakes. Some material in the learners guides and assessments were doubled up. Some questions I could not understand and asked 2 colleagues who have been Early Childhood Teachers for more than 20 years each and they could not understand either. Had to ask Inspire for help and they agreed the questions were poorly worded and hard to understand.
Ridiculous expectations like having to plan menus without any training in that field; meet with 2 Aboriginal mentors about their culture. Hard enough to find 2 let alone 2 that are willing to give their time. Also had to write a short cultural story for children. Would anyone ever do that in the course of their job. No!!
The Hub (online access to course) was OK, but did some multiple choice knowledge tests that changed my answer after I submitted, (had taken screen shots after the 2nd time so I knew what I had selected/submitted). Such a waste of time with 6 attempts before Inspire acknowledged I had the right answers the first time. The trainers and assessors were helpful but the advertised six weeks from submitting work to it being marked is such a lie. Waited months for marking, only got it marked quicker when I threatened to go to the Ombudsman. Current wait time I have been told by a friend doing the same course is 13 weeks.
If you have even 1 question wrong you have to resubmit the whole assessment and wait again.
Inspire are a poorly run business and would never use nor recommend them.

Inspire Education uses online course materials that are well written, easy to follow and well supported with additional explanations, extra resources as well as easily accessible online forums and webinars. The online student portal is very easy to access and use. Throughout the course, Inspire Education trainers and administrative staff were extremely supportive, well organised and very professional.

I would recommended Inspire Education to others as they are amazing,supportive and mark assessments in good timing.

I have to agree with other comments on this site. I began Cert 3 Individual Support last year. Course structure is good, and I felt laid out in a well designed way to promote learning. The note books were very informative. However the time taken to mark assignments is unreasonable.
In addition, the hub is very difficult to upload videos. When they were marked, I was surprised to be told they were upside down and jumpy. Some of the questions require tick answers which must not come through on Inspire's site, as I was told they were not answered. On the plus side, I did appreciate the helpful comments and suggestions for improvements to my resubmission, the Webinars were great and all my queries were answered promptly. In all, I can say that I really enjoyed this course, but be prepared for frustration.

I just finished my course in certificate IV in Training and assessment ( Blended 6 months - 2 weeks face to Face ) , Here in Inspire Education they provide a good resources and the Trainer's are so helpful and friendly same as the assessors, they work so professional and knowledge in what they do. they provide all a useful feedback that makes easy to all learner to understand all the cluster subject and easy to navigate the portal. Inspire Education has Great foundation and excellent Training program, Highly recommended!
