This was possibly the worst experience ever. Quoted over the phone $1500- $1800 for the job of 2 professional moving men and a 16 ton truck. 2 young men arrived, overseas backpackers, one here less than 3 weeks the other just over 2 months, who had not worked in the industry before. Their English was good but limited. They had a budget truck and an unmarked truck, they went to the wrong address and had the wrong address written down on their paperwork.Their g,p.s consisted of an old broken screened phone. These were nice boys but a 4 hr pack took them 8 hours so we ended up having to pack with them. They missed packed the white goods and antiques last in the smaller truck, The trucks left at 4.15pm. My husband and son left at 5.30pm and arrive at 8.15pm The 3-4 hour trip took them over 10 hours as they got lost and pulled over for speeding by police they arrived at our new home at 2.30am where we had to unload the items for them. There was no contact numbers for them and the office number was not operational so we had no idea where our things were. When they finally arrived they spoke to their boss screaming at each other at 2.30 in the morning when he demanded 3,200 in cash plus the deposit we already paid $ 75 or they had to take the small truck with all our white goods and antiques if we didn't pay cash on the spot to them. We had to then borrow money from people and drive the 15 at 2.30 am to find cash machines. At no time did we received a receipt and the boys were yelling at the boss in English and Hebrew saying don't do this to these people. One even resigned the other knew exactly what he was doing and apparently it was common practice to hold goods for more money then threaten to charge more again for storage of the goods that are taken. These young men are being taken advantage forced to work 12hrs plus a day 14 days straight and made to scam the people they are moving. This was the most disgusting devastating experience for us. It financially put us in hell and I had to apologize to our new neighbors for the shouting and swearing they were doing. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD SAID TO YOU , THEY USE CHARMING KIDS WHO ARE TRAVELING, TO SCAM YOU THEY FORCE THEM TO WRITE REVIEWS THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS AT ALL. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THIS IS EXPLOITATION AT IT"S WORST> and when you ring them they say we will get back to never happens.

Do yourself a favour and don't use this company- the profile below is clearly fake because there are numerous hidden fees- including your liability for their negligence. They turned up late with no call, damaged our tv in transit and then tried to hide it. The mark of a professional company is how they manage complaints and so far they do this by ignoring calls and emails. Weeks to respond and then only replying to tell us to pay for their insurance claim. There's plenty of options out there- choose another!!! Cheaper rates are only worth it until something goes wrong.

Despite their promises and being told that the house was very old and very very dirty the men refused to pack and move the furniture leaving me without a removalist at the last minute

Not only did the ladies in the office provide me with exceptional customer service but, the removalists on the day were very well presented, friendly and efficient. My move went exceptionally smooth and safe to say I am glad I picked 123Moving, I would definately use 123Moving again if the chance arose.

Being a single mother, the idea off moving was really daunting and scary, especially being on a certain budget, i wanted to find a removalist that didnt have any 'tricks' or 'hidden fees' and that could offer me a budget service. After speaking with a number of removalist companies, i was quite shocked at the costs and fees surrounding it. 123Moving ensured me that there would be no hidden fees or tricks, sure enough, after my move was done i was just charged the hourly rate and call out fee. Definately be using you guys again, the blokes from today were fast, efficient and friendly. Got my move done within 3 hours, had no hidden fees or charges on the day, and everything went smooth. Cant complain about anything, received great customer service and even a call 24 hours before my move just to confirm with me. 123Moving are legends!

So, i previously booked with another company, whom i wont name and shame, however after cancelling my move 30 minutes before start time, i was indeed very stressed and angry, 123Moving provided me with care and understanding to my needs, and need less to say, i booked with them right away. They were at my property within the hour, and my move was completed within 3 hours. Easy and quick service, would definately use them again. 123MOving to the rescue!!!!
