After having my original movers cancel on me the day of my move!!!! 123Moving came in to save the day, not only did they book me in straight away but were also at my property within the hour, they made the experience enjoyable and stress free for me.

My lovely wife and i didn''t know much about moving or cost, the lovely ladies at 123Moving ensured that everything was explained to me and overall i received very good customer service, they made it stress free. The removalists on the day were punctual, experienced and overall, they were very careful with my items. Safe to say after my first move after 30 years being in the same property, went perfect. Well what can i say, 123Moving not only provided me with exceptional customer service but on the day i could not fault the removalists, they were punctual, reliable and overall a friendly bunch. They are very professional and handled all of my items with the upmost respect and care. I couldnt have asked for a better move. Will be recommending you to my family and friends

We had a bitterly disappointing experience with 123 Moving, not only in regards to the service they provided but also the abysmal customer service we received when trying to resolve our concerns.
I would only recommend choosing 123 Moving if you are after an unreliable moving service that will call you 20mins before their agreed arrival to let you know they are going to be 2 hours late, only to show up FIVE hours later to begin your move.
Their customer service team was woeful, extremely unprofessional and full of excuses. They left our email correspondence FOUR WEEKS without a response – it seems people don’t believe that good customer service is important any more. Oh! And if you’re lucky you might even get a few dings around your new home as we did. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from these guys. They were upfront about the costs and expected time it would take. David and his colleague were on time, friendly, careful with our furniture and worked hard to move it all as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone moving house!

The rates were great, I liked that there were no hidden fees, so I didn't go over budget (I paid less than what I was expecting). I would certainly recommend 123 Moving to anyone looking to move.

Moving began as an overwhelming process, but when 123 Moving called to offer me a quote, it was so easy to talk with them that I booked with them immediately. Other moving companies were rude and pushy over the phone, but the girl I talked with was very nice and explained why she made her recommendations. I felt like they valued me as a customer. The move was just as smooth as the booking process. My furniture was well taken care of, I was impressed and relieved that I could have a good moving day and not worry about a thing!

I had the worse moving day. I woke up and it was raining, not the sort of thing you want. I got a phone call about 20 minutes before the move was supposed to begin that the movers were going to be late due to traffic held up by the weather. I wasn't too happy to hear that, but was happy that they actually called me instead of just showing up whenever. I would have cancelled, only I had to be out that day. Because of the rain, the movers were going a bit slower, so I called their supervisor with this concern. He came over straight away and offered protective wrap for my furniture and he helped so that the move would be done in a timely manner. The circumstances were not ideal, but 123 Moving really stepped up to make the moving process as easy as possible. I will definitely call them for my next move (hopefully a move with sunshine)!

I'd would definitely use these guys for my next move. They were forward about the rate I would pay, nothing hidden, and the services were great. Friendly, prompt, and fast. I was pleased.
