I was very stress during the moving but with the assistance of 13000 MOVE U removalists helped a lot and the moving went so smooth and safe. All my things were packed and move safetly. I would recommend this to all people who are planning to move, great service and very friendly removalists. They also do office relocations and interstate removals.
Fantastic Removalists. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly. They were in constant contact throughout the entire uplift which gave peace of mind. Arrived and delivered on time. Packed everything and unloaded at destination with care. Absolutely no breakages. Very Very happy with the service. 13000 Move You were about $1500 cheaper than other removal companies for our interstate move. Will definitely be using them again when needed and will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you for such a great experience :)

These movers are very careless and dodgy. Finally arrived 3 h after the pickup time. Apparently the storage unit was 100+ m from the truck (no way), which was a $200+ surcharge. Most of my items were damaged upon arrival. They wouldn’t take responsibility, saying the damage could have been there already. Their “insurance” only covers truck rollovers. Lastly, not everything was delivered, some of my items went missing! Really regret booking them. Avoid!

We picked up your goods from a storage business in Melbourne where you informed us it was placed in there by another Removalist whom may be responsible for the damage
We wrap & cover all goods with heavy duty removal blankets so the damage could not have been sustained on our truck.
Regarding the insurance we point out in our quotes twice we include transit insurance & also provide a link & phone number for you to Enquirie or take out ALL RISK INSURANCE
this information is provided to you before you book.
Can I also mention none of your items went missing & everything was delivered, & we also refunded you some money out of goodwill

Amazing, I get a response and even a phone call after mentioning the police, but not the rest of my items. I didn't believe there'd be a resolution for a second. You're the most unprofessional movers I've dealt with. Hope your service improves and good luck in the future.
Excellent customer service, my belongings arrived in Sydney in the same condition they left Melbourne. Both guys were helpful and polite and I would highly recommend the business to others.
