I left my laptop for repair with their promise that it would be ready in a day. A few days later ( and several failed attempts at phoning them) I returned to find it still not ready. Finally it had been "fixed". They had removed some of the RAM that had supposedly caused the problem. The same problem still persisted. I took it for repairs elsewhere and there was nothing wrong with the RAM they had removed. They operate under a few alias names and are very dodgey. No receipt. No comeback.
