This place started off great and I thought I had found my local beauty salon rather than traveling to inner suburbs for my monthly beauty fix. However, the service isn't long enough for the facial to feel relaxing and the therapist was a bit rough with my skin and i asked her to be careful around my eyes but she though she knew better and i ended up with angry red marks around my eyes for a few days.
Then i decided to book a mani and pedi special and I ended up getting the trainee without any notice so my appointment went way over time for what you would normally allow for a mani and pedi and my nails didn't look that great. Had they informed me and gave me a discounted rate, I would have been fine with that but i dont think you should pay for a service and not get a professional. In addition, they upped the prices for my facial and didnt' appreciate customer loyalty so i changed salons and found a new place for my facials.

I had received a gift card and it was the most relaxing pampering I've ever had, my skin felt so soft for days.

A little pricy but they use great products for waxing, and you really get lasting results. I'll definitely pay a little extra for a job well done.

I've been going to Luba for years! She is one of the best massage and beauty therapists around here. She also fixed a neck problem I had for years with her cupping techniques. They also really look after you there and make you feel very special.
