I wouldnt recommend these people to anybody! Didnt do the required work and over charged me as well

A & K are excellent. I've been using them for a few years now, Neville is a legend! He recently rebuilt my engine, top job. Good "old school" mechanics that not only know modern cars but are great on the older models. Always have the time to talk & let you know exactly what they are doing & have done & take the time & interest to get it right. Not just get it out the shop as quick as possible.

The staff here are great at making sure that you know what they've done and why, and pointing out things that may need attention in the future. Their policy is that it's worth paying a little extra if it's going to save you a lot in the long run, but I haven't found them to be particularly expensive compared with other mechanics that we have used. The yard appears a bit chaotic as they have a number of cars that they are working on at any one time but they take care with the vehicles, and they are good at having a vehicle ready when they say it will be.
