Very friendly service and excellent communication from Lee. Very thorough job with the best outcome on my carpets. I have used a number of other companies over the years, but this was by far the best. Lee managed to remove some stubborn stains that other companies couldn't manage...i was considering replacing carpet in one of the rooms as I had given up on removing the stains but now I don't have to. The carpet cleaning was of a good standard. Lee is a friendly guy but needs to better communicate pricing as he gave me an estimate of $160 to $180 with a 'worst case' of $200, then proceeded to charge $200. Promised he would laser measure carpet area and let me know area and price, did not do this.

Great communication, friendly welcome by phone and made an appointment that suited and arrived on the day and on time. Assessed the job, gave some great advice and gave the rooms a thorough clean and they came up really well. I was very happy. Professional, friendly and obviously cares about doing a good job. Felt like I got good value for money and would definitely call again.

Very happy with service, couldn't have asked for better. Carpets look great! Sent a message at 0730 to see if able to get same day service , had a reply within 10 mins and given option for later in the day (Sat) or Sunday! Arrived on time too! I was happy with the communication with regards to the damaged to my carpet. The heavy duty cleaner helped lift a lot plus extra treatment for the marker stains which was great.

We had already had the carpets cleaned by another company but main traffic areas were still looking rather dirty. Al came in and clearly had full knowledge of cleaning products for best results on wool carpet. He then proceeded to clean until all looked terrific. Greatly impressed and would certainly use again and recommend to anyone.

I have used this service before (over 2 years ago) and the carpets were so clean they looked new! I was so pleased with the results the first time around that we are using this service again.
