Awful! initial quote was half of what ended up paying...what was said to be a two week expected travel time took over a month from perth to sydney. Boxes were missing (electronics of course) no response to emails, calls, texts.... go with absolutely anyone else!!!! shame.. i move a lot.. missing out on a lot of repeat business

We dealt with A2B for the transportation of household contents from Sydney to Brisbane. The whole experience was terrible. When we paid for the removal costs three days before the move they charged us twice (an amount of $1900 overcharged!) we chased them for a refund of the overcharged amount for over three weeks and finally had to put in an unauthorised charge claim with our credit card provider to have the funds returned.
On the day we paid we confirmed our move time was 8 am, and we also had this in writing on the receipt from when we paid the deposit, we lived in a strata unit so we booked in this time with our building manager. On the day they hadn't showed up by 8.30 am so we called and were told that were never going to be there in the morning as they backload to had to unload the other people from the truck first. We were told they would be there around 1 pm. We were a bit worried at this point as our building only permitted moving in and out until 4 pm so we told them that it was really important they arrived at that time. 1 pm and they still hadn't arrived, we called multiple times over the next hour and half and were finally told they would be there at 3 pm with extra guys. They arrived at this time and we had an extremely stressful experience trying to move all of our items out in one hour, we ended up having to move everything out onto the pavement so it was out of the building by the 4 pm deadline.
We kept our stuff in storage with them for a month and had been planning to keep it there for three months until we had found a place in Brisbane but were very concerned about their behaviour as they hadn't returned the $1900 they overcharged us, wouldn't provide us with a receipt for the balance of payment and wouldn't reply to any of our emails so we arranged to have the items moved to a local storage facility. When the movers moved our stuff in to the storage facility they over stacked the trolley which resulted in multiple boxes falling off the trolley, snapped the leg off the dining table and smashed glass panels that were covered in layers of bubble wrap and bright red fragile tape. We contacted them multiple times about being compensated for the replacement cost of the broken items and when they finally replied they accused us of not packing the items correctly. I had photos of the items in their wrapping and the storage facility had footage of the movers breaking the glass when it was still on the back of the truck so we communicated back and forth and agreed on a payout figure, I then followed up multiple times to check on when we would receive the funds only to be told each time it would be transferred soon. We never received the funds and the company won't reply to my emails any more.
I would highly recommend AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, they turned what should have been an easy move into an incredibly stressful and expensive endeavour.

We moved from Oak flats to Brisbane, and we enquired for the interstate move. Michael was quite helpful whenever he did speak, but it is a matter of concern when he does not pick up the phone , but he did settle my nerves when the move was close. Paul and one more boy came to pick up the stuff from the house, both the boys were excellent and they dropped our stuff as well to Brisbane, and handled the stuff very carefully. Its always a good idea to cling wrap stuff like the mattress and fridge, washing machine etc. I will highly recommend these removalist, one thing they could really change is picking up the phone and being and staying in touch. Price was extremely competitive, and they were the cheapest out of alot of removalist, and we did take a lot of quotes.
